Ignores all emails. Doesn’t address pertinent issues like unapproved vehicles and trailers blocking the streets so emergency vehicles, school buses, and trash trucks can’t get through. Sends violations for minute things like trash cans being visible. My HOA Solution is a terrible choice for anyone looking for a an HOA Management Company for their development.

Sadly I was told certain pictures were taken only by the employees of the HOA. I have video footage showing the contrary. My car was plastered with an orange sticker and in footage I see a female neighbor that is not even on the board. When asked in writing and during a meeting I got two different answers and never the truth. How can I trust anyone here? I am an owner and I very well educated and would never be rude but when I am lied to I will be watching everything carefully so should you.

I work closely with various HOAs for solar-related business; this company is the most responsive company I have worked with by far, and lands in the top 5 for most organized. I can't say enough how much I appreciate this, unfortunately, their are many HOAS that do not treat their customers or business related connections with so much attention. I communicate with April most of the time and clearly she is not equipped to handle the job demands. She will not follow up with concerns plain and simple. I received an email stating basketball hoops aren’t allowed in the townhome subdivision, yet she will not send notices to the owners or property managers of properties breaking the rule. I’ll be going to their office to discuss in person and will update this review as needed.

BUYER BEWARE! Association Solutions of Central Florida (ASCF) is the HOA management company for at least 15+ very large communities in Central Florida. Their staff consists of about nine people. As a result, they do not have the manpower and resources to devote to your community. Because they’re working for you (not the other way around) you have a right to receive assistance from them on community matters, however; if you persist (like my neighbor did about two years ago), they will involve their attorney, send Cease and Desist letters, or threaten you with a lawsuit. When you buy into an HOA community and pay your dues on time and the management company refuses to help you; that’s called theft. They don’t have the knowledge or manpower to help you so it’s easier for them to involve their lawyer to get you to shut up, for lack of a better word.

Lack of communication is another major problem with ASCF. Your calls and/or emails will not be addressed quickly and efficiently. Again, due to lack of manpower. When you do finally receive a response, expect to be spoken to disrespectfully. Last year I received a violation letter through email asking me to correct something on my property but it did not specify at all what needed fixing. I called their office and spoke to a woman named Heidi. I spoke to her about the email and explained that it’s missing information; that I needed to know what the problem was so I could correct it. She insisted it was outlined on the email sent to me and I assured her that it was not. They gave me just 14 days to correct an unspecified issue. While speaking calmly to her the entire time, she abruptly placed me on a very long hold without warning and when she came back on the line she said the specifications were outlined on the letter and she disconnected the call. This is no way to treat association members.

Poor bookeeping. You will never know if your funds are being used properly or efficiently. They have also accidentally sent me privileged information about other homeowners because someone didn’t inspect the documents before sending them to me.
