They instituted a new rule of no overnight street parking. This rule has little foresight given that larger families may have more cars and need to park on the street. Families should be freely able to park in front of their own homes. This should not be up to the decisions of people who do not have the full understanding of a family’s situation. It should be up to the families to determine the pros and cons of parking in the streets.

When we moved in 20 years ago they inforced the deed restrictions to the letter. Now they only care about the common areas. There are an abundance of rental properties which they seem to have no control of. If we were looking to buy a new home we would not buy in Avery Ranch!

They won't allow you to park on the street overnight, but they'll allow you to park half of your car on the lawn leaving a trail of dirt along the side of your driveway

Went swimming here at the pool for the first time after living here for a year. Loved it and definitely out favorite pool. FYI this one's closed on Wednesdays for cleaning ?

This is the type of H O A that goes after people for having a flag representing their own country. Do not pay there fee. It’s not worth it!
