This branch excels at terrible customer service. They have found the perfect combination of dismissive and incompetent. I’m sure there used to be good people working here but I have been repeatedly impressed by their lack of decency over the last few months. I’d imagine if you want to simply deposit a check it’s fine, but if your app is as non functioning as mine you will not find a solution here. If you have problems with your bill pay they will make you wait an hour while they “scan documents” first, then not help you, but “schedule a call” for some time time the next 3-5 business days. They use a third party bill pay to keep costs down and it shows. Their bill pay is often 2-4 weeks late, and the late fees you get as a result of their “work” will not be refunded or covered by the responsible party. And you will have to pay to cancel the one month late check. I am at my last straw with this branch, and hopefully this review is seen by management and something is done soon.

Walked in with a mission to change how our accounts were registered. Assistant stopped what she was doing and walked us thru what we wanted. In and out in less than a half hour - great service.

consistent customer service. The only downside is that it is terrible. When you call they can rarely answer your questions and you get the run around. Bank somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.

The Bellco app on my phone hadn't been working for over a year. I had spoked to member services and the tech department many times, and they couldnt fix the problem. I visited the Arvada Ridge branch and spoke with Gabriel, who went above and beyond to help ensure the issue on my app was resolved. I am ever so grateful!

I’ve decided to switch to bellco after not being satisfied with my previous credit union and i’m so glad i made the switch! I came in to set up an account and right away everybody was super welcoming and nice. Leslie was the one who helped set everything up and it was super easy and fast! even after there were some problems with my information (totally my fault!) Leslie was able to fix is pretty quick. Thank you guys for your awesome service and making me feel like i made the right switch!

Small branch office to serve this area, seems to be a little under staff so might contributed to the negative review. I do not use ATM so can't comment on the ATM. But generally services have been reasonable besides sometime a wait longer than expected.
The office in Westminster near Costco is much bigger with better staffing along with drive through service whenever I head toward that side of town.
Branch size does have some effect on how they served.

I have to say today I am impressed by the service I received today, online. I made a mistake with an account, called and spoke with Raquel and Tyra. Both ladies were helpful and helped me very much. They stated the expectation that I should have regarding my account correction, then actually exceeded it and helped me not incur overdraft fee's because of my mistake. This is next level, ladies! ? Thanks for having my back!
