Great meals, both lunch and dinner, M - F. I volunteer there a number of times each month. Please consider donating or volunteering to this very worthwhile asset to the community. They also assist those looking for work to find jobs and provide other beneficial programs for those in need.

Trash organization. Withdrew my application for rental assistance to something out of my control and the receptionist was completely rude and unhelpful.

This place is horrible. They are ignorant to the customers seeking assistance and have actually denied my application based off of something I said to my wife while the rep from Bishop Sullivan had me on hold. Katrice came back from having me on hold to tell me the case was being closed bc she didn't like what I said to my wife while I was on hold. This is discrimination at the least, if not criminal. This company is funded by the state and has to follow state regs and laws, but they don't. They also violated my 1st amendment rights by closing the case based off words I said to my wife that was not even directed at bishop Sullivan. Nor did Katrice have a right or authority to butt her way into my conversation with my wife, but she did anyway.

This is unacceptable and unethical at the very least. They are supposed to process applications based on income, not conversations or a phone call. They have childish employees who could care less about the person in need and will literally put themselves before the customer seeking assistance.

They are only concerned with the grant money they get from the state each time they process an application. They could care less about the person who actually needs the help
