I have been a member of BARHA for 20 years. In that time they have evolved from a small group of dedicated owners to a professional association that advocates for more that 14000 rental units and the tenants, owners and vendors involved with those units. I highly recommend membership to any tenant, rental unit owner, or vendor that works with rental units in Boulder County. The network between these groups grows every year.

We've been a member for 10+ years, attend the monthly meetings and annual tradeshow and have had the opportunity to serve on the Board. We've made decades-long relationships and are able to get in front of actual decision makers. It's been a great organization and worth the money invested.

Individually a small property owner has little resources and support but when we all band together our voice is strong. We can also make sure that we are sharing bet practices and the most up to date information about what is going on in the industry.

BARHA is a huge asset to us. During the COVID crisis, they took time out of their schedules to put together Idea Exchanges that both educated us and gave us an insight to the industry. I have yet to attend a Zoom or online meeting that was as worth my time as their's. Five stars!
