The management team at Condominium Associates is absolutely horrible. They seem to hand out fines for no valid reason, almost as if they do it for their own amusement. To make matters worse, they are now trying to remove trees that have been a part of our community for over 10 years! Their lack of consideration for residents and the environment is appalling. This is by far the worst management team I’ve ever dealt with. Residents should have more say on who manages our community. The neighborhood common grounds look horrible with hurricane tress still leaning on the sidewalks and they are worried about 4 beautiful crepe myrtle trees that have been there for 10 years. Comical

I have been asking for our master flood policy for my mortgage company since July. I have not received and now have had my mortgage payment increase 800 this month due to a forced placed insurance by the Lender. Calls mysteriously drop during transfer and messages go unreturned
