Loved my experience here! They have so many great options for people looking for used couch, tables, or newly boxed items available! They have so many other accessories as well for home lighting, cleaning, kitchen essentials, and small decor. My husband and I purchased our 4 piece dining room set here and they gave us a great deal! Even held the item for 2 days for $20 deposit that was given back after you picked it up! The workers already had the table ready and loaded it onto our truck! Very simple and effective! I definitely recommend coming here before shopping at any big name brands!

I went to check out general items and prices for an upcoming renovation. The store was generally well organized by type of material and all kinds of home goods and building materials can be found. As far as prices go, they were a little all over the place. The flooring and paints looked a bit too expensive, as well as anything "new" in boxes. These were priced at the same level or even higher than in retail stores. Items in the bigger warehouse area, such as furniture, are gently used but in good shape. There are some wonderful rugs available at good prices as well. The mirrors, doors, and some big furniture pieces were at reasonable prices, but it is of course like a treasure hunt.

My hobby is to shop. My husband doesn’t like it, but oh well… I saw stuff in the McKinney location that are marked higher in price than what it was originally sold for at a the retail stores and yes there are some good deals. I saw a huge cockroach, I definitely wouldn’t buy fabric furniture out of there. The staff is nice tho

This is a strange and disappointing ReStore.
Normally, I love ReStores. I shop at them frequently and used to volunteer at one. This one is sadly disappointing.

It's huge, and they have a lot of stuff, but most of it is poorly merchandised. No prices on most things. Lots of stuff in boxes so you can't tell what it is, but it's covered in signs saying "don't open the box". One light fixture had shards of broken glass hanging from it and was in the furniture department instead of with the other light fixtures. I saw several empty boxes where the merchandise had been removed, but the box was still out like it was for sale. It looks they mostly sell things that they get pallets of from large, corporate donors.

It's a very disappointing shopping experience. I found many things to be either junk or wildly overpriced for what it is. Few deals to be had, and with a poor shopping experience, why bother coming here?

Also, they say they close at 6p, but really that means they stop helping customers load purchases at 4, they stop accepting donations at 5, and the back half of the store closes at 540. YMMV, but plan on calling ahead.

I really like going here, but it seems the prices are getting higher and higher, not really a great deal anymore and because of this the same items just sit on the shelf for weeks and weeks...

You are a resale store. Your prices are higher than in a retail market. That’s ridiculous. I don’t know who does your pricing but you need to reevaluate that.I will not patronize you for that that alone.
