I went in today to get my out of state registration switched over. It was quick and easy. I didn’t catch the gentlemen’s name that helped me but he was super kind, so was everyone else I interacted with. In and out pretty darn quick! Thanks so much!

I needed a replacement license and I needed it ASAP as I I'm a driver for a living. The woman working in Leadville took care of me right away, despite the fact I did not have an appointment. She was incredibly nice and after driving almost 2 hours to get there, it was worth it. Wish wish I remembered her name because she deserves a shout out. Thank you. Leadville DMV.

One word....Grace. What a horrible person. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 10:30 appointment. The lady at the front desk area told me to have a seat in the lobby and Grace would come get me when she was ready. I sat next to the entrance of the dmv. (I never moved from that chair...not once.) I waited, and waited. I heard Grace chatting with the other woman. At 10:50 a man arrived for his appointment at 10:45. Grace saw him and called him right in. During his appointment a lady arrived and went to see Grace and she was told wait in the lobby. When Grace came to get that woman I stood up, thinking Grace was going to take me back....it was almost 11:20, an hour after I arrived. She literally yelled at me to sit down because I was late! I objected and told her I had been waiting in the lobby since 10:20. She continued to yell at me telling me to sit back down that she, came out at 10:30 and I wasn't here. I looked at the lady who told me to have a seat in the lobby and begged them to tell her when I arrived, but they said, "we didn't look at the clock when you arrived." I had to keep it together and wait 30 more minutes for Grace to come get me. She got distracted, missed my appointment, and then yelled at me and blamed me for my hour long wait!? The girls in the office looked a little sympathetic, but did not stand up to Grace. She is absolutely crazy and should not be employed there. It is sad that I have to pay her salary with my tax money. Completely unsettling.

I went to this DMV to get my learner’s permit, and the woman there who I believe was named Grace, snapped at me and my father and denied me my permit. The woman running the drivers license office needs removed from her position immediately. She was the most rude, unprofessional and downright disrespectful government worker I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. And all this SURELY isn’t how you act around a 16 year old. Our tax money is being paid out to people who believe they are above everyone else and it is not okay. Read previous comments for more than just my experience.

Grace is very rude and unprofessional. Besides having a disgusting power trip. For working at the DMV, is there not a list of appropriate office wear? Wearing a tank top, jeans, and smoking outside of the courthouse. Most unprofessional environment I have ever witnessed. Looks like Grace is the cause of all of your negative precious reviews and nothing has been done to correct the problem.

Grace was rude, unsympathetic, and unhelpful to my 75-yr-old dad, who is a reasonable and cooperative person. He had done everything he was asked to do and brought everything he was asked to bring. He was turned away without his license because of a technicality, and had to drive back days later. Grace should NOT be working with the public.

The young lady, I think her name was Brianna, was AWESOME! She was pleasant, helpful and not only had a personality, which the previous DMV lady TOTALLY lacked, she had a GREAT personality! She made our visit to renew our license seamless and painless.
