This is the most mystical place I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I would sell my soul to come here again. I found my love and my companion one of the employees Peggy she is the most beautiful lady I’ve ever laid my eyes on. I can’t believe how amazing it was being in her presence I decided to buy a plushy Because I was so in love I named it Peggy after her and he’s been my best friend and companion ever since this DI is amazing. The employees are beautiful and their prices are mediocre.

I love DI, but this location needs some change. I have gladly donated here over the years, knowing that someone who wants and needs things could benefit from getting them here at a more affordable price for them. I will not continue to do so, the prices here benefit no one. Everyone would be better off shopping at other stores for better affordability and better items

In the past I've had some good experiences here but recently I went in and bought three pieces of furniture, one of which was very pricey, when I went to pick it up the very next day they said that they didn't have the items anymore. They said the absolute best they can do was to give me half of a refund for the items. At this point I already paid in full and went in their timeframe that they gave me, so why had they sold 2 of the 3 items which I already bought in less than 24 hours when I had a hold on these items, it's absolutely ridiculous that this happened.

I have noticed that pricing has tripled pretty quickly here. I see a LOT of old used stuff priced at brand new prices. Why not just buy it brand new then? I used to love going once in awhile and finding some awesome stuff or things to craft with. It's not worth it anymore. No one wants to spend brand new pricing on a used item. That just doesn't make any sense.

For a place that claims to serve the community or something like that, they sure do like to over charge insane prices for stuff that was donated for free. Today there was a pair of NOT super rare Levi’s marked at $105 ! That is ridiculous considering the same pair is available on eBay for $50 max! They also are unwilling to budge on price , which seems like it should be something they should always do , considering they claim to help people out or something? I imagine the people who donate their items thinking they are helping out people in need, would be bummed to find out the DI is impersonating an antique dealer minus the work of finding the stuff on their own in the wild. Who ever is back there pricing stuff is out of their mind!

I typically LOVE the D.I. . We are an extremely low income family (living pay check to pay check) and it is the only place we can afford clothing. However, the treatment I recieved today left me wishing I was financially able to shop elsewhere.

There was a ripped piece of clothing, that I would consider fixing if I could get it for free (I know often times damaged items are thrown away) or for a discounted price. I took it with me to the register to ask, and would have been totally fine with a no!! The lady manager there was extremely rude. She wasn't clear at first and said "you can take it home and fix it" so I said (to clarify in case I'd misunderstood because I thought maybe I had since her tone was a little odd), "so I can just take it?" And she got SO angry and told me that this was a thrift store and things are just broken here and that I had to pay full price and that it would be at least $20 new... Which is fine, I get that! But this item was NOT new and her tone and mannerisms were extremely hostile. I bought my one onsie for my baby, left the ripped item, sat in my car, and cried. I understand that not everyone has people skills, but this person was a manager!! Please as a company encourage them to be more polite, especially when often times the people shopping here are already in vulnerable positions. Very disappointed.

I usually take my donations here. I won't do that anymore. I dropped some kitchenware off at the donation center and the three males that "helped" were very unfriendly. I said "Hi" and only one said it back but with a grumble. They pretty much threw my boxes on the cart, there were plates and glasses in there, so I'm not sure if they broke or not. I said " have a nice day" and not a single reply back. Sorry you had to do your job, work on your attitudes towards customers. Never will I donate here again.. way better options elsewhere.

I've been looking at DI every week for a type of dresser we need for the past year. We've spent a lot of time looking for something that would go with the dressers we already have in our room but haven't been able to find anything.

We finally found one we really liked with a matching nightstand. I paid for them but needed a vehicle to move it so I had to come back the next day to pick it up, which they said was fine and I had until the end of the day today to pick it up. After finding a way to get it to my house, i came to pick it up today and they told me they sold it to someone else.

They said there was a mix up on the tag and it never got relayed that we paid for it. No call or anything even though they put my phone number on the sold tag.

They refunded the money but this was very disappointing because we've been looking for so long and then they sold it to someone else after we finally found something and paid for it. It's not like I can just wait for another one to come in. This is very frustrating.
