Staff was INCREDIBLE RUDE. I called ahead to discuss donation policies I had a car completely full of high quality wonderful items. One man complained incessantly about a fake potted plant mixed in after ripping the bags open before we even unloaded things. He was so rude about it and went on and on about how inconsiderate I was and how to learn a thing or two before I ever stopped by again, I just took the donations elsewhere, pot included. So now this man is able to continue sitting around doing nothing like he was when I arrived.

Their hours for donations are completely ridiculous. They need to have more availability in a variety of times. My son and I both offered volunteer and were declined. They said they weren't accepting any more volunteers, yet they don't have enough volunteers to be open on every weekend and that's when most people who have jobs have time to actually clean something out and make a donation.

Great place to donate clothing, toys, and other items. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were very appreciative and even helped me take out the clothes from the car. They do offer receipts. They were all volunteers and working hard.

I just love Echo. They are a wonderful place. They have helped me and my family out with, food and clothing in our time of need. I am very thankful for Echo. They do so much for our community. I pray our Heavenly Father will continue to protect, and bless they always.
