my parents moved here a year or so ago. love it they love it very classy park. Now it's 2024 my parents are moving to Alabama so they're selling this beautiful lake front home #205 so no I am sure gonna miss the good times on holidays here. But we will make new ones in their new place

Sweet peaceful place. Residents are really nice, respectful and caring. It's very beautiful there and we'll run and maintained. It feels like resort living. I would recommend it 100 percent.

Visit family. For Retirement Community there's rules are a little strict like how long people can stay they need to come up with some way that the people that live there guests can go to the pool without somebody accompanying them. It's very clean

This is one of the few and far between mobile home parks where the homeowner also owns the property. So no outrageous lot rent ,just a very fair and affordable HOA fee. The common grounds are beautifully kept. The park is secure and quiet(except for lawnmowers), neighbors friendly. The clubhouse and veranda overlooking the pool are all well kept. You must be 55 or older to live here.

Iive in Floral Lakes and enjoy the ladies 9am aerobics class in the beautiful swimming pool. The Shed has wonderful prices for eclectic items, I bought a carryon suitcase for $10.00. There are many household items like furniture, sheets, bedspreads, kitchen items and SO much more. The living is easy and you can participate in as much or as little as you want.

You own your land. Low common fees. Well kept up. Residents volunteer to help make the place look nice and keep common fee low. Board act as if they have more rights then the voting members.
