If I could give them zero stars, I would. My husband is approaching retirement, and getting his information and statements has been a nightmare. We just want to have the info to meet with a retirement planner. You would think we are requesting top-secret info. Why isn't this readily available to people who participate in their plan? Something is off!! They need more helpful employees, especially in this department. Terrible!!

This is the worst entity I have ever dealt with in all my life. Everyone you speak to cold transfers you to someone else and of course that person is not there so you go to voicemail. You leave a voicemail but no one returns your call. I HATE my employer deals with this group, it needs to be dissolved.

Have never had any issues with GMA.
They are always willing to help if I call. And my check has always been deposited on time. (I've been with them for about 15 yrs).

Absolutely terrible , i was told that my check was in the mail,i waited a week. No check. I called and the lady told me that there was an issue processing the payment. And that it would be another week before it would be sent out. Awful company
