When I went to the pool at the clubhouse, they said I still had owed money and my key fob didn’t work even though I DID pay the amount that was due and I had went the day before with no problems with the key or my account. This happens every year even though we pay every year. I was there with my friend who also payed and had a perfectly working key and she had went the day before with no problems. The girl who was sitting behind the desk at first said she owed money but when an adult came to talk to her, she said the page didn’t load. My friend and I are 13 so we are allowed to go alone, but since there was no adult there with us, they said they can’t let us in and made up a stupid story saying we owed money which we didn’t. We ended up going inside after talking to them for 30 minutes and we barely got time to swim.

1000 dollars a year for this a crazy, every time me and my friend come here they ALWAYS have a problem with us, first, we paid and they didn’t let us inside because apparently we didn’t pay, and when an adult came they said their computer glitched and they took 30 mins to let us in, another time they kicked us out because we were “underage” even though we were 13, on their website it says “children under 12 should be accompanied by an adult” UNBELIEVABLE! We shouldn’t be paying 1000 dollars a year for this service!

one time my brother and I wanted to go to separate places he wanted to go to the park I wanted the pool and we found out there was both so that was fun the park is HUGE and the pool is great there is no bugs in there no hair or leaves the pool is great.
