This location is very clean and has a good variety. The bakery is fabulous! The bread is delicious and fresh as are the other baked goods. The hot soups are also delicious and very fairly priced. A lot of the shelf items are overpriced compared to other grocers, but the sale items, bakery, and deli make it worth a visit.

I had to get a second cake because of the cake I ordered was the wrong size Stephanie in customer service decided to ruin the birthday even further when I bought the second cake and 2 balloons. She obviously helped the family before me with their balloons but when it was my turn she said she had to help all the people waiting in line first. So not only was I upset with getting the wrong cake size I ordered I stopped by this location to get another cake and a couple balloons Stephanie decided to help every other customer after I had already paid and waited for 2 balloons. So I made her refund me and left. Thanks Harmons spent a lot of money and your customer service was garage you can thank Stephanie.

Be wary of using the pick up or delivery shopping. Especially when you order something from the kitchen or sushi (especially the sushi). They will say they don't have it when you KNOW they have it, because you see it out on the shelves all the time. So put it up to either the shopper is too lazy to wait for it/ask for it or the cooks don't want to make it. I am disabled and have a hard time getting through the store and I don't like to use the mechanical carts in case someone worse than me comes along, so the pick up/delivery is great for me to use...I just wish the laziness and impatience would stop...

Update: I ordered some sushi to be delivered today. One they claimed they didn't have, when I have gotten it many times in the past, and the one I DID get was yesterday's sushi. I could not eat it the rice was so hard and stale and the avocado tasted like something that would make me ill...so thanks shopper and sushi chef for ruining my lunch.

Each time I go to harmons at this location the cashiers always seem to have an attitude. Dont want to work and Not wanting to seem like they want to be there. Im glad I got receipt and cashiers name
Rachelle Ander, was rude and never smiled and seemed looking like she was pissed off at the world, and said rudely back to us you must said no on the computer for the receipt don’t remember seeing on the board. Just don’t say no if customers want the receipt give it to them and not give attitude just saying. If you don’t want be there anymore just leave and move on. Dont make people feel uncomfortable.

Dear Harmons
Wow, shopping in your store last week we happen to be in the fruits and vegetable department, I believe an employee was just walking by the department not sure if she was the manager or not but she was extremely knowledgeable about the fruits and vegetables that we were purchasing that day.

We are long time Harmons customers since the late 90s. As usual, we were extremely impressed with how she told us about the fresh squeezed orange juice, and some of the other products that only Harmons does.
We are so very happy to continue to shop with you all… My best friend just let me know that the young ladies name was Tonya.
Great customer service from this person and as usual we love you Harmons. Mike and April.

My grandmother was at this location, and the owner saw her and asked her if she needed help picking out a watermelon. They ended up picking out the BEST watermelon I think I've ever had.

Right now the can roast chilies for you at the store. We love the fresh seafood and fresh produce as well as their additional services that many stores don't have. We love shopping at Harmons

I will never understand the people they hire for their “Customer Service” it is shocking. It was a 30 min wait for ONE balloon. Which I was never able to buy! Employees all around but no one can ever seem to help. Maybe hire people that can communicate and offer help & solutions. You have RUDE employees.
