This community has constant issues. Gun shots, speed chases, someone was shot and killed at our local gas station, coyotes, Wild hogs, Kidnappings and do not get me started on the HOA fees and rules. I live in a town home with no backyard and they expect me to leave my trash cans inside the garage which I would not have much of an issue with if the homes were not already infested with ants, mice and spiders. They claim they are in charge of the outside area but do a poor job at maintaining it. If you want to change something on your home you have to ask for permission. But if they want to change something on our home we have zero say. I came in while they were new and now I am stuck until the market gets better so I can move. We pay for a gym that not all equipment works. The pool is ok but gets over crowded. I think what I like the most about the community is the neighbors that support each other and the school. Spare me the copy and paste reply HOA team. You just need to be more reasonable that if we are going to pay 300 a month in HOA fees I expect more from you. Not events that I normally do not go to. Instead of charging us for it monthly just have us pay at the door so we have a choice to pay for an event we actually want to attend. I am not getting what I pay for.

A place where they will give you a notice/ticket for your sidewalk but won't fix their own.

I have lived here 13 yrs and the HOA is pitiful. They seem to be all about getting your money for the least little thing. Be careful if you are thinking of moving into this community. HOA is like a vampire!

The worst association in americas history! This place is infested with spiders, ants of all kinds, grasshoppers, snakes, crime rate is sickening. They charge for everything. Trash never picks up your trash. God forbid you don’t bring in your trash bin on time; you get fined and let’s not forget the pool always smells uncleaned. Ohhhh!!! The carpets in the home have nails sticking out which have cut my children horribly. Cheaply build homes everything and I mean everything breaks! The walls are so thin, during one of the storms, I felt my walls shaking smh it wasn’t even a serious storm. When you look all the walls are unevenly built! They’re More worried about when you bring in your trash than real life issues! These are BOUGHT homes! They should really stop charging people for stupidity and start fixing stuff! This ain’t no Beverly Hills! We are in the boondocks of insectville!

The HOA fees here are absolutely absurd. Considering what we all pay, you’d think the amenities would be taken care of. You’d be wrong. The parks are infested with spiders and other bugs, the “lake” is a hole in the ground and looks like it’s filled with chocolate milk. The pools are gross and most of the fountains around the subdivision rarely work. The HOA will fine you without ever sending you a violation notice, they can’t seem to write down an email address correctly to keep you properly informed. We never get their invoices letting us know what ridiculous amount we owe. And my wife and I have lived here going on 3 years now and have still not received our keys and fobs to the pools and gym. So what are we paying for? I can’t wait to move.

If there were zero stars I would give it to them. The HOA in this community is absolutely insane. If you wanna own a home and feel like your in prison this is the place to be. Do not buy here. Your better off renting then dealing with these clowns

I love it, we have been living here for almost 5 years and we love it, they have a lot of activities for us and the pools are beautiful I was living in another community for 10 years and we used to pay $25. Less but the amenities in here are way way better literally all they had was a small pool and that was pretty much it
