I’m a resident, and I have been living at this condo in Culver City for close to ten years. I feel safe enough here to leave my patio door open most of the time, and it’s relatively quiet considering how close we are to the 405.
One of the reasons I like this area is how close it is to Inglewood, one of my work places, as well as SHARE! where I help out occasionally with a support group.

The worst thing I have to say about being here is that a few times I have had difficulty receiving important mail because of how sprawling the place is even for the mail carriers. One of my roommates was also assaulted at night by a local who wanted her laptop.

I’ve seen a lot of good changes over the years, and one of the reasons I moved here is how pet friendly they are. They have been well managed even through our trying times with Covid, at one time having an online sign up system in place to reserve space and time for the jacuzzi /pools/ gym. I’ve enjoyed living here with the neighborhood park, two malls, and other places within walking distance. It’s nice to be able to walk to a mall during the holidays when everyone else is waiting on lines in their cars for a parking space. A new post office has just opened by our corner as well. There are a lot of tennis courts here as well, both in the park and on our condo's property.

The office staff rarely feels like answering the phone. If you leave a message they will not return it. When they do pick up the phone the girl at the desk says the manager is “On Vacation” for weeks at a time, or in a meeting. They don’t take any request or complaint seriously!!! I am not really sure what is going on down there. It’s truly dysfunctional.

This is not a safe community. Rampant car break in's on all streets surrounding the building. Especially on Green Valley Circle. The gates are often broken and left open all hours of the day and night. There have also been multiple robberies and thefts during the daylight hours on property. We have had multiple cars that had catalytic converters stolen while in "Secured Parking". Cars speed in and out of the garages. Packages are often stolen and or opened when left at your doorstep. Also the infrastructure is so old. Many of the buildings are rotting. There is a widespread rodent problem. There are always plumbing issues. The hot water often goes out. They also shut off the water with NO NOTICE for hours!!!! We have constant power outages. And the internet service in the area a joke. The traffic off the street is loud and constant until very late into the evening hours. The proximity to shopping is a plus. ..But is not worth buying here.

Appalling conditions! The board is corrupt. Not sure what they spend Homeowners fees on. These pictures are just a few of the conditions that have remained for years!!! Management never answers the phone. The staff that is there in office are incredibly incompetent.

As others have stated -- the office doesn't seem to be open. I have called multiple times today, left three messages and haven't been able to catch anyone around. It used to be that someone always answered the phone in the office...what has happened? UPDATE: Called again at 10am, office phones still not being answered....still not return call...
