Just wanted to say that Pam is amazing with the current economic situation and some personal issues I’ve been struggling a bit to say the least. She has went above and beyond to help me stay current and been so understanding and personable when we talk. The last gentleman I had on my account was polar opposite in his handling of things so I deeply appreciate Pam and her compassion and understanding for my situation.

Highly recommend doing business with Heritage South. From the time you walk in you feel welcomed. I had the pleasure of sitting down with Karen Williams, she helped me with my loan, everything went smoothly, answered all questions and was just super friendly and welcoming. I don’t know why it took me so long to start banking with Heritage South but thankful I can say I do now!

I'm not a member but I keep getting a certain member's monthly statements. I have called this branch a couple of times to notify them of me returning to sender. They say they will take care of it. Five months later still getting that member's mail. I'm glad I don't bank there. Careless with private information. Also that member never has resided here at least not in the last 24 years.

Wouldn't answer the phone when my bank (first vision bank) tried to call them to verify a check that has been written by a member of the bank. I drove all the way to Shelbyville branch (35 minutes ) from the Tullahoma first vision bank because they would not answer the phone to verify the check, so I drove there to try to cash it. I got there moments after closing time and they refused to even help me out after explaining that I had drove all that way because their branch wouldn't answer the phone to verify my check. They also denied the possibility that someone could have called and they didn't answer it. Yet I know my bank called the Shelbyville branch and the Murfreesboro branch and neither one would answer to be able to verify the check. So they pretty much said my bank (first vision bank in Tullahoma) were liars and refused to make amends or cash the check for me. I know what I was asking them was a bit more then a normal process but I thought considering the situation they might take care of the problem to resolve their mistake or neglecting to answer their phone. But they didn't and denied the possibility that they were called by my bank and that no one answered. Not very fond of this bank in the slightest!

Me and my husband opened a joint account and Jovanny was so helpful! He answered any questions we had with no problem, and helped us apply for loan we needed, with speed! He made us feel comfortable and we will always ask for him when we go back!
