I’m very Grateful, I Been here for 3 years and The snow/ice removal starts faithfully at 4AM everyday I definitely am a witness because the location of my place. The grass removal starts faithfully at 6AM and I have never seen debris garbage (garage is kept in garages until trash day to insure neat appearance) or unkept common spaces. Remember things are situational according to who your neighbors are?‍♀️

Maintenance of the area is not done well they only focus on the park in the center and leave all near the houses and condos in bad shape trees havent been trimmed in over a year the outside decks and just left to rot and and request put in just never gets answered. trash cans are constantly over filled.

Dont even know where to start. Always icy in winter, the property maintenance company just uses industrial salt to melt the ice which is not pet or animal friendly. Garbage in parks is left to over flow frequently. When I go out for a walk I keep finding used condoms laying on the ground for days, weeks and months at a time. Which is disgusting and not family friendly at all. And also have pictures. It dosent matter what road you're on you can always find trash laying on the ground. There was a shooting a couple months ago close to the school. Roads kinda suck too.

Idk if we changed management company ir something but Mindy and Donna actually answer the phone and are typically pretty helpful

Not super happy paying near $300 a month and they can’t even keep the neighborhood clean.
