It started off really good when I joined this company in September. The consistency is the problem. I can’t get into these orientation classes, that you need before you start your business. 3 registrations for the classes and no link to the class, but you are told your definitely registered. I will circle back with an updated review, in the event I get a better experience. When you spend money with a company customer service and follow-up is key. Now I have to wait until November 17th, for an error that wasn’t my fault, when I need to get to work.

This local board of Realtors does a terrific job managing the ethics and responsibilities of local real estate professionals. They offer monthly trainings to help advance Agents/Brokers knowledge of the market condition, technology and of course advertising and negotiations. New, Prospective Agents Beware!
Do not Walk Away, RUN AWAY. If this is your only option, I feel for you.
Phone Assistant has Poor Listening Skills, Lacks Couth, Simply Rude, only wants to tell you what they want to say, not respond to your specific needs. You Know the Type of Customer Service Rep I'm speaking of, we have all experienced them, they do not listen nor care about your concerns. They just keep saying the same thing, over and over without answering any questions directly. Sad really.
Inconsiderate of my succinctly explained, specified situation and constraints as a potentially new-joining member.
BTW, do not attempt to rectify, I have all i need to know now about HGAR.

Getting registered as a new member can be frustrating to say the least, the site, forms, method of filing (and some of the staff), can take anywhere from 1day to 1 week.
The 1 star is for the whole registration process.
