I’ve been trying to reach them for four weeks now and they will not return my calls. Because of their negligence, I might lose my health insurance. It is obvious that they do not care about peoples health. They don’t see you as a person. This is shameful and disgusting.

Website is incredibly jank. Super unhelpful to straight up gaslight you over the phone. They'll try to tell to to call the hall in order to just get you to go away. The coverage is also terrible and expensive.

Trying to log in for 2 days and it will not let me in. I saved my username and password. I even tried to change the password it would not let me. It wouldn’t load. I really hope they fix this soon. I see 3 year old comments about the same things. This is people’s retirement and important financial info that we need and can’t get access too. Please fix the whole website!!

Newsflash! It's 2024! The NBF website is pathetic!! Upgrade it!!! Not like we don't send enough money to have it actually work and include the forms that are needed to do our benefit business.
Better yet, allow us to do it online. No one faxes or mails things any more. In order to do that you'll need a secured server first. Whoever is in charge of this site currently should be fired. IT'S PATHETIC!

The MRP reimbursement process is beyond frustrating. You submit a claim, they have 30 days to process it, which I understand....but it sits as received for over a week and in process for a week before them telling you it was denied for something like the file not opening (which isn't shocking due to site problems) or using the wrong form (they update the form randomly without telling you...so if you print the form Monday it may be updated a few days later.) Then you need to re-submit the claim and wait up to another 30 days. It's about to be 2024- why can't this be more streamlined? We have a significant amount of money in a CAPP fund but fight to get a measly hundred dollars from it.

Frustrated by a poor designed website that wont work. Cant log in and when I do change my password it wont accept the new one it approved. Locked out of my account and can not get anyone on the phone to help resolve the issue only a recorded message to leave my contact and wait for a day or two for them to call me back. This has been an issue for OVER a year !!!!

First off they are working 3 day work weeks. Tue wed thurs.This is supposed to be a company that plans for our retirement to look into our future and try to get us the best retirement possible yet they couldn't see that they're going to have immense applications coming in when the strike happens? Every time I've had to deal with them it has been trouble problems people don't get paperwork done I mean this is our moneyover a 20-year customer not even call back no no correspondence know this if o were any ody woth funds in thos company... I would take it all and it will do better in anything else... Om sure that most of what ive worked for had been taken right off the top..ill leave it at that for now...they are working 3 day work weeeks.
