I would use them again. They answered my many questions. The product seems really good, so far, 3 weeks after installation.

I placed my order, I never received tracking info, then after calling and having to select sales because selecting customer service would end in them being unable to take your call, I finally got someone and it was at that point they told me they had an issue with shipping and someone had called me which they hadn’t! Then 3 days after my scheduled delivery time, my flooring arrived and the company put this 250 lb roll of flooring behind my vehicle in my driveway and I was blocked in and has to get my neighbor to help me move it only to see that there are punctures all over the packaging piercing the flooring so it’s damaged! I call customer service and couldn’t get through so I had to contact sales again to get customer support. Now they are asking me after sending pictures of the damaged product and packing wrapped to unroll 26 ft of floor for more pictures. At this point, I just want a refund. Very POOR customer service!

Had a very good experience with Sabrina's customer service. The shipper didn't deliver one of the pails of adhesive I ordered. Sabrina got one shipped out to replace it. Very good customer service with this company.

Tasia was very helpful in addressing my issue. She is knowledgeable and polite, making the experience smooth and pleasant.

Marcel was very professional and helped me resolve the issue. My companies order was incorrect and I had to package the incorrect floor pieces that were sent out and send them back to then receive the correct ones ordered. Marcel walked me through the whole process.

Buyer beware. Not a reliable company. Had issues with my flooring, sent a claim with pictures and thats where it ended. Sent emails for months and called. Never did they make an attempt to correct the defective flooring. Once you buy it you're on your own. Stay away and buy from a reputable company that stands behind their product. I would give 0 stars for the $700.00 of defective flooring. So here it is 10 months later and still no response from anyone. I was asked to send pictures, which I sent numerous times. NO RESPONSE!!!! What does it take to try and rectify defective flooring. Worst company anyone can deal with. Note: every time I called I was given some excuse to why there was no one to speak to at the moment and they will call me back. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL!!!!!
