I called and asked if they can fix my sons PS2 as it didn't read his favorite game all a sudden. We had my son back to playing games the next day. Hassle free.
I'd happily recommend anyone who wants some nostalgia repairs to give this shop a go

This place is awesome, Tory is a great guy and knows what he is doing. I had a broken hdmi port on my PlayStation 5 and he got me back to gaming on the same day. Very cool dude, was talking to him the whole time he was working on my console. He fixed my overheating issue even though I came in for a different reason and fixed both at the same time. If I ever have issues with any game consoles in the future, Tory is the guy to go to.

Took two Nintendo switches in.
#1 seemed to have died about 3 months after purchase. Tried to charge repeatedly with different chargers and cables. No joy...
#2 run over by truck.

Both quickly repaired and inexpensively.

Great job.

Follow up. #2, problem with game card reader. Took in, repaired that day,NO CHARGE.

This guy lives up to his reputation. I stopped by for his assistance with my PS5 controller, I had a defective L1 button. He fixed it within a matter of 20 or 30 minutes. Also said if I had any issues with the controller lagging afterwards that he would fix it because he hadn't had the chance to debug the parts that he had replaced it with. Also has a lot of cool collectible items in there and he's not the most expensive place to buy them from either LOL

Highly recommend! My first gen Nintendo switch was trying to die on me (bad port) and they got it up and running again, price was great and repair was quick!

The owner is well versed with game knowledge and pop culture. Very large selection of games and game accessories, VHS movies and dvds. The best video game store in Colorado Springs hands down. Had I known of this place sooner. If you like games and movies this place is a must see.

Wow! I don't know these people and owner has a lot of great reviews but then you get a 1 star review and that sticks out like a sore thumb. Owner of IRG SOLUTIONS I would get it straight with that dissatisfied customer if I were you calling a customer names on a personal text is not good. It makes us think your a scammer. Get it straight did you apologize to customer tor calling them PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE? You need to if you didn't be a good business owner you'll be surprised what that 1 star review can do...

Dude is legit, bought a psp and 3 games, …amazing customer service from an authentically owned establishment. You won’t waste your time, extremely satisfying experience!
