Great mediator!! Highly recommend Judge Jose Lopez! Last Spring, I had the opportunity to mediate with Judge Lopez, and it was a great experience. Judge Lopez and his staff are very professional. HIs assistant Sonia is very courteous and quick to respond. Judge Lopez is extremely knowledgeable in the law, and his temperate was perfect, since we had a crazy party on the other side. 🙂 He was calming, and it was every effective. I definitely recommend him as a mediator.

Roxana is extremely rude and lazy. You just had a major car accident and this woman does as little as possible to help and guide you. She takes days if not weeks to answer questions and if you call to ask if she got your email you get an attitude! To her you’re an inconvenience. I’ve also talked to a few others that have used or thought of using their services and heard Roxana was pretty nasty to them as well!
They also give bad advice and I’m glad I went with a bigger, better rated and known law firm and DIDN’T take the $1000.00 settlement because my injury ALONE is going to be over 1M, then there’s property damage side of it which we haven’t even gotten to yet. I know my lawyers get a portion of the settlement but just pointing out my case has gone OVER $1000.00 and is now a multi million dollar case because of bodily injury in alone!
Big mistake letting my case go! Big mistake! And all over hurt feelings because I emailed Mr. Lopez asking him questions that Roxana refused to answer!
And mine was easy the other driver admitted fault on the police report and on the officers body cam. Easiest case ever to win. But thank you for the bad advice because I can actually get the payout that I deserve for all the pain, suffering, and surgeries (yes multiple) that I have had to have done because of the bad driving of the other person!
The law firm I’m with has been nothing but kind and helpful. I know that I can call the lawyer and his secretary won’t get upset because I talked directly to him.
They also send out the necessary letters to the hospitals saying this is under litigation unlike Roxana who tells you it’s your job to tell the hospital it’s under litigation and tells you that they’re not calling or sending the hospital notice of litigation.
Thank you for the bad advice because I’ve got actual lawyers that care and do their job without getting their feelings hurt.
