My personal experience, was absolutely amazing. I would say if you are looking at these reviews and getting frightened, doubting of going to this building well let me tell you everybody’s experiences are different and you also have to understand multiple people are working outside this building that are trying to access The restroom, yes, they are open to the public, but to those that are in need of help like there cases not for those that need to use the restroom because there employer doesn’t give them access to a restroom and set up a tent outside. I myself used to be a former employee of those people that set up outside the county building, giving out free phones I was pregnant at the time they gave me access to the restroom all the time but obviously after being pregnant, I wasn’t allowed anymore, but they were respectful about it they never Disrespected me in any way and if I wasn’t following certain guidelines that they had, they would kindly respectfully tell me or one of the security guards would let me know and for some people they could take that offensively but they are just doing there Job. Therefore, don’t be afraid to come and experience your own experience at this building and get the help that you need with the best people. I will say come prepared because sometimes the system can go down and you might wait a bit longer than you expected but overall customer service is amazing.

This place is not safe inside and out lady outside legit paying cholos to beat two women up. Cops are useless and so is this building no type of security outside avoiding people being harassed.

Fue a la ventania 4 para decirles a las araganas de adentro que NO NOS ATENDIERA, es tan estúpido que no tengan un lugar donde se pueda hacer preguntas de EBT
Aparte de eso hay 13 ventanias y solo 1 esta trabajando? Osea que sistema más Estúpido hay y existe en este lugar.. LENTO Y ESTUPIDO SISTEMA DE LOS ANGELES.

There are some really great workers who will help you over the phone even if the wait times suck.

They are awesome at their level of caring and I'm glad they are there.

For the two different ladies who came in mad hating life and antagonized me during my times of mental crisis over the phone.

I hope you step on Legos and then after, stub your big toe due to how horrible the both of you are.

I Like coming here cause they see u faster than the office on Whittier Blvd in front of target.. but today oh man the security was talking a lot of shit, being hella unprofessional.. if it wasn't for the fact that I had to see my case worker I would of said something, I didn't want to get kicked out ..i left hella heated..

They hire anything and anyone here... Will harass you while you need to pee and will power trip even tho all they do is answer the door they are the worst greeters. Everyday there's a new lady with Mercado did you guys finally fire Patricia? Or are we paying for her vacation time? I didn't even come to get help just use the restroom and still got harassed. Also seen them make people with nails on their legs force to get off their wheel chair without any help. They have let people smoke meth near kids while on line... Horrible staff here

They have the worst customer service service ever! And you can never get through to them on the phone! There are certain words to use with the automated system to try to get through then ounce you almost get through they say they are busy and hang up! Smh

Fast in and out there in within 45 mins. However family welfare stuff may exceed that.
