I will forever be grateful to Med Mobile for their exceptional service. Customer service reached out to me within minutes, recommended a replacement, and, after my approval, forwarded the new item to me at the same cost as the one that I ordered. On top of that, it was at my door step the very next day (even though their website said it would take 24-48 hours to ship). I could not have been happier. I highly recommend them.
