Un buen lugar diseñado y dispuesto para ayudar a la comunidad, a las personas, a la familia, en atención alimentaria, en la salud, en beneficencia y caridad. Fácil acceso y visibilidad entre dos avenidas importantes que son JOSEY LANE y BELT LINE. Amplio estacionamiento con espacios especiales para discapacitados. DIOS bendiga los lugares como éstos dónde realizan buenas obras sociales

My rating would be 5 stars but, my case worker Jennifer Perkins made my experience stressful like no other. I of course needed assistance from financial hardship having recently buried my 5 yr old great nephew and injuring myself undergoing surgery shortly after. I was stressed enough already just for Jennifer not to be attentive and communicating well I went 9 days without a word then finally received a response after making an in person trip to the office requesting more info that was already provided then threatening to close my case. I made one last trip a few days later and requested a manager and finally was able to get assistance. Thanks to Ms. C. Garcia who is heaven sent. Thank you so much

When I first arrived at metrocrest a couple years ago not sure who was running the facility but they really had a genuine heart to help people no matter the race no matter the nationality no matter the culture and no matter where you came from here lately I would say in the last year someone took over the facility and became very greedy and selfish with the supplies that they offered the first couple years that I did come that first year about a couple years ago they gave me a fan which I thought was amazing cuz our AC went out and then this past year whoever took over the facility now makes you wait 24 hours before you actually can get approved for the application for food and they gave me one box to feed seven members of my family as an emergency box now most people would say oh you should be grateful but how am I grateful when first of all I have to go back get a electric bill or some type of lease or something to verify my address Again, though I'm already in the system, verified, which is fine but then after that I wait 24 hours and then after that that's not guaranteed I will get food right away that means I would have to make an appointment which could be another two weeks out so how am I supposed to feed my family just coming out the hospital for 5 days Missed quite a bit of days of work same thing with my children's father he missed a month of work trying to catch up how we're supposed to feed our family of seven with one box and when I told her that she just looked at me and didn't say anything else so I'm hoping that someone take heed to this particular post and really consider the fact that what are you in this for are you in this to make money and revenue by the end of the next year with your return of your taxes or are you really trying to help people because one box cannot feed seven people and to last more than a day

The great services metrocrest provides are sadly overshadowed by the negative attitudes of their employees. I understand that they might be dealing with a high volume of people all day and are doing the best they can but that does not excuse the negativity and the way they speak to you, especially when you're being respectful towards them. We are people in need of help but still people over-all and we should be treated as such.

This place is awesome, they give food if you need it, unlike other food banks they let you go inside and shop your own groceries. You have to be a resident in the Carrollton, Denton county area. They also help with utility bills and rent. Thank me later.

I am 60 years old and homeless and I was told by an employee in this facility that because I am homeless I can't have access to their food pantry. I was told they prefer to provide services to people with jobs and their own home. All the employees were very judgemental and treated me with hostility and disrespect. This place is supported by Government funding and every employee receives a paycheck they are not volunteers and the food pantry doesn't come out of their paycheck it's from the food bank and the United States Government!!!!

Wow! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Metrocrest Services! They provide such comprehensive service to families in our community. I love their business model that seeks to support all the needs of a family in one organization from food assistance to support with rent and utilities, and workforce development. The staff here is phenomenal and they have incredible leadership that is both business savvy, selfless and service oriented. They have worked hard, tirelessly, to serve in this time of need. I have so much respect for Tracy and Nicole, Mike and Charlie, Victoria and Debbie and all the staff who generously work to make our corner of the world a better place ?
