I was there yesterday, September 10, 2024 and I was pleasantly surprised at the service you guys provided. Everything was done seamlessly. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Even Security was heIpful. I also visited last week and felt the same way. They really took care of the seniors. Thanks ? Sheila P.

My son had an extremely rude instructor for his behind the wheel driving test. He talked down to my son, and yelled at him the entire time. He even made a comment to me after the test. If I had known the extent of how my son was treated I would have had quite a few words for him! I was shocked when my son told me what was said. This man was a bully on a power trip who was probably having a bad day, and decided to take it out on a 16 year old kid. My son passed the test too, which is surprising after the bully told me what he thought of him. My son is a quiet kid with a 5.0 GPA, and I've never heard anything but the upmost praise for him from teachers, parents, and coaches. He's an excellent driver for a beginner too. This man was disgusting, and this place should be ashamed of themselves for employing someone like him. Unless you want your kids to be bullied and degraded, you should avoid this dump at all costs.

I took my son to this location to renew his ID. First person of interaction of this facility was unwelcoming, starting with Jonathan at the front entrance. His demeanor and attitude were not inviting. It felt like he was directing us as if we were children while he himself was chewing away on a piece of gum with zero eye contact . I believe he should work in a place where he doesn't have to interact with people face-to-face, as he seemed to not enjoy speaking to others in a professional demeanor.

Lets just keep it simple, the attitude that the instructor had was terrible it seemed that he just came out of a living hell. He didn't even seemed in the mood to work or do his job. This DMV should not hire people who can't do their job properly!!!

The operation is run super efficiently, with each step being clearly labeled. For the most part all the employees were very nice, and it felt very different from any DMV I have ever been to

Definitely the best DMV I’ve been to. I was greeted at the door, the older gentleman was very welcoming. Had an appointment at 10 was in and out, in little over an hour. They were very organized. Every employee i encountered was friendly and very helpful. Made the process of renewing license/ID including vision and written tests a breeze.

Let me just say : I was not looking forward to going to this dmv after hearing bad reviews about the employees’ attitudes . Boy .. I was wrong ! From the security guard to the employees , everybody had a positive attitude (especially Mark(sp?)). My experience was smooth and I was there for only 20 mins . Don’t believe the reviews and check it out yourself .

The staff were great. Security officer was great and specially the agent Latoya M. was patience very thoughtful with my husband senior citizen thank you so much.
