I purchased a Chempro pump from Mullarkey for feed injection in a commercial greenhouse that our company services. Last week I reached out for some rebuild/maintenance parts. I spoke with Marissa on the phone whom was very pleasant and helpful. After I supplied her with a model and serial number, she emailed over a list of common parts used in maintenance and rebuilding then said to let her know if I had any questions. I asked if I could respond directly to the email with questions and she affirmed. I replied to the email with some questions, but received no response. I replied two more times asking for the same clarification on the quote. I am disappointed that we made a significant purchase for our client from Mullarkey, but now cannot purchase any rebuild parts due to the lack of customer service.

I would like to give this company a "zero" rating, but that is not an option. Let me start my review by saying our problem is not only with this company, but with RayPak whom they are representing. We purchased a RayPak heater and had it installed in July of 2017. In August it developed a leak and by September the leak was so bad that we shut our pool down. Between September and October we called the "warranty" number on the documentation and were given names and numbers of supposed "dealers" that would be able to assist, but none were willing to help. We live in Wisconsin and finally put this on the back burner until we opened our pool - Memorial Day weekend. We began calling the day after we opened the pool and were finally given Mike Mullarkeys name and number. I called Mike on June 2nd and although he was VERY short and borderline rude, he agreed to send a representative to look at the heater. Pat, the representative came June 7th and states it appears corroded, but even he finds it hard to believe the heater would corrode to the point of leaking after only running 42 days - they checked my water which was very slightly low on pH, but perfect for everything else. BTW I am diligent about my water levels and my last heater lasted 17 years -we had no problems!!! I relayed this to Mike as they will not pay for nor replace anything even though the heater has a 1 year warranty. Mike was exceptionally rude and just simply "DID NOT CARE" - basically said - its your problem lady - I sent someone out and we're not warrantying anything - don't want to hear it. For someone who is in the "customer" service industry I find his attitude poor and just don't understand why a company that sells multiple lines is handling "warranty" for anyone!!!
