I’ve just completed my appointment that qualifies me and allows me to start looking for homes.

While uploading all of the necessary documents, I’ve been able to call and email and receive guidance from my counselor as well as other NACA staff members. They really helped what would otherwise be a cumbersome process be quite seamless I love that the process is realistic, and the goal is to make sure that your future home is affordable.

Every step of the process is explained with great clarity and patience. That’s an important factor for me.

My husband and I recently onboarded the NACA program. So far the process has been good, the client portal is pretty easy to work through and there is plenty of help with weekly webinars for any issues one may have.

It been a journey with NACA me and my fiancé Jocelet been doing everything that need to be done to be sent to qualification. Are counselor David been a very great help and been very patient with us. All I could say is patient is the key take your time. Don’t be frustrated because this does take a process and can be overwhelming we are crossing our fingers that we get approved to be sent to qualification.

In May of 2023 me and my wife started the journey to buy our first home. We have chosen a great program through NACA which stands for Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America. NACA fights to close the racial wealth disparity gap through character-based lending and allows you to get in a home with no down payment, closing costs or fees and no mortgage insurance.

The process is not over yet but we are very excited about the road to our very own home. Our counselor Izzy has been very hands on and helpful through out the entire process, she has given us a clear path of what we need to do in order to be successful.

I would definitely recommend NACA to anyone who is trying to buy a home.

NACA offers a great opportunity to first time home buyers. It is more work than your average FHA loan, but the outcome is worth it. This program gives people who would not qualify for a normal home loan a chance to become first time buyers. My fiancé and I are excited to continue our process and get us into our new home.

My experience with NACA has been great so far. Once I submitted my required documents I received a call within a week and a half to schedule an appointment with a counselor. My appointment was scheduled the following two weeks with my counselor Sharon. Sharon informed me of all the additional document requirements I had to submit to get the ball rolling. She was determined to get me approved for qualification as soon as possible. She is very thorough. She also took her time explaining the process of the program. I even mentioned I was interested in purchasing a multi family home and she did not shy away. She went over the details and requirements and sent mw a link to complete the landlord certificate. I am so excited and looking forward to purchasing my home with the help of NACA
