I was pleasantly surprised by my recent visit to the DMV! The staff were friendly and efficient, and the process was much smoother than I expected. The facilities were clean and well-organized, and the wait times were minimal. I appreciated the clear signage and instructions, which made it easy to navigate the process. Overall, I was in and out quickly and left feeling satisfied with the experience. Kudos to the DMV team for making a typically dreaded task a breeze!"

Special shot out to Ms Richards !! She welcomed me like we were best friends for ages. !!! She did helped me by fixing the paperwork and alerted me of possible outcome if i didn’t changed at last time, thank you ones again

I went today to renew my registration at counter 1 with a nice Caucasian gentleman. He was so helpful. I left my clearance letter and had left and he came after me and handed it to me before I got Into my Uber. Thank you for making today a better day for me.

Pretty quick but pretty sloppy calling 2 people to 1 counter and the persona that works the counter is confused. Overall decent experience travel is tedious depending where you are coming from if your in Queens not that bad otherwise it's crazy far.

I made a reservation to take a new photo for my license. I was in and out of there within 15 minutes. Nice and easy. The staff were all helpful.

PS: just read the forms you get in the mail in advance, bring them with you and be prepared with all necessary documents and a pen. The website has additional information to help.

The folks I encountered over the counter were utmost pleasant except for the young lady who was at the front door in charge of the scanning the applications, was horrible, didn’t even seem like she wants to be there. The security guards were lovely. Overall service was like in and out fast , no crowd. ❤️

Its the DMV what can i say, mostlikely its gonna cost you, to park, to pay tickets, or to pay more money to the insurance company because your getting points on your license... but atleast your in and out here at this DMV. They are all business, clean place, attentive and helpful staff ... p.s. they have moving violation representatives here at a cost to help you with your tickets and/or points...

I went there last week change my address,long wait I fillup the paper only I missed signature
The lady send me back she said you’re not finished.she tell take another ticket come back again then I go to information box I ask her I filup everything only I’m missed my signature date,she said they shouldn’t do this.very bad behavior
