I used to donate regularly, right out of my check. I won’t anymore. I won’t sing their praises. I referred someone who just got out of an awful relationship who already had a case and investigation and traumatic experience, to get help because the dad was sexually abusing the kids and she wanted legal services to get her home back. She called for help and cps was called on her. Absolutely ridiculous to do that to someone who just had a cps case closed for the same thing. One star. No more donations.

Horrible Horrible staff they definitely need to be reevaluated for the 30 years one lady has been there wouldn't you think they'd have a little bit better hospitality. Disgusting honestly making those in need feel uncomfortable in a facility that's supposed to provide helpful service. Whoever in charge needs to be informed about the horrible way families are being treated, and if you are the one in charge still treating others terrible shame on you. The Noah project is always being promoted to help those who need it, and for what y’all make people struggle just as hard as they were in the situation they tried to flee. SHUT IT DOWN OR FIX THE PROBLEM STARTING WITH YALLS EMPLOYEES!!! DO BETTER!

8/16/24 They have been lying about forwarding a package to me for two weeks,I went to another shelter that has more sources & now I understand that this was the worse experience other than the domestic violence! The staff lies constantly with a passive aggressive tone. SMH I couldn’t have a igloo cold box for my children’s food, when I put it in the community fridge it got eaten and there was no other way to feed my kids and they had a problem with my plants, they are harmless and don’t do anything but clean the air. They don’t really have resources they can just send you in a direction, BLESSEDLY I found my own way to do everything and the leads they had I followed up on but were still NO HELP. It’s ok here just really petty, they are NOT CONFIDENTIAL AT ALL. Tabatha, an ADVOCATE ,told me a resident, LAKOTA and her kids were otw out (& it was true) and my roommate VANESSA had been here too long and was leaving soon ( she doesn’t know but will find out soon). It is clean here and the food is OK, but most little kids don’t eat it….

I hope to shed some light on Noah Project and what's going on inside the doors along with the staff they have. "Advocates" and regular staff as well. Except for a couple of staff members this don't apply. Kitchen staff is amazing! That's about it. The other ones treat you like jailers. To speak to someone you walk up to a desk ring the ring door bell they come to open a curtain on the desk infront with a window between us and proceed to ask what do you want? Expect us to yell through the window. When management is here they will politely open the door and talk to you privately. If donations are given the Noah staff keeps them for instance Texas popcorn place donations came the residents seen none of it. Staff took it all home to there families. The children's advocate... NEEDS REPLACED! that's all I'll say. This place is of no help what so ever. I'm not here because I'm homeless I'm here escaping a bad situation. God for bid if I had kids here I would walk on shells if they don't like you cps is going to be called on u for no reason. This I pray the director reads this and comes to talk to us residents. Privately so we can be honest about what's happening here!

I was not here because I was homeless but trying to escape a bad relationship I was in! First off… the “advocate” Sarah…. She is the most rude unprofessional uncaring only there to get a paycheck! She does not care about anyone of the residents in Noah Project! She tells residents confidential information about other residents every Wednesday they do a so called deep cleaning check well they look for everything but what needed to be deep cleaned! Upon stepping out of my room once while Sarah was at the door of the room I was sleeping in she asked me to step out to check for deep cleaning I grab my purse and she stated oh no leave that! I said my purse? She said yes I need to search it! So I left it because I have nothing to hide! I go to ask for a grievance paper and the lady at the front asked me what for? I told her about the situation being searched all my personal belongings on deep clean days instead to check to make sure the cleaning was done properly the lady said that the grievance procedure isn’t for that kind of situation! I said ok and walked away! The way this place is ran is a joke! The so called advocates are rude and have no compassion! Especially Sarah! We would meet once a week and I would sit in the office of hers and she would say ok what’s new? I would explain the progress I made that week after explaining everything no feed back ever given even if I expressed concerns she stayed looking down at the paper she would occasionally write down things on after i finished explaining my progress she would say ok next week same time every week this was all I heard from her! Never ever helped me with ANYTHING ! Not even feed back from conversation! Never once seen a member of management to speak to about this place and how the staff cares nothing about the people who live there! This place needs to be evaluated and hire some people not just for a job but people who have compassion for people trying to escape abuse!
