Office of Council Member Robert Holden - Maspeth, New York

Have been trying to get 2 cars on my block removed. They have not moved and have out-of-state expired plates. Complaints to 311 for close to 2 years have accomplished nothing. I went to the Councilmans office. Spoke to Muhammed and gave him the past 311 service report #s and photos. He promised to get back to me but nothing. Went back to the office 2 weeks later and Muhammed forgot who I was and needed a refresher on why I originally came in. He said he would take care of it again. It's been 6 weeks now and the cars are still in the same spot on our street. Seems like the Councilman and his office stopped caring about us.

Councilman Holdens office is professional and courteous , always . Holden is the best elected official we have, I believe in him, and I am not a Democrat! He is on the frontlines constantly, God Bless him and keep him healthy and safe !

Robert Holden is honest and forthright. I believe him when he states that the amount of services provided at the Brooklyn location for our newly arrived immigrants is better than our veterans receive. As a lifelong democrat, I want to help in this situation so I volunteer with meal preps and donate . Every critic should do likewise. Government money is not endless! I am still in disbelief that the billion dollars for thrive nyc has no result to be speak of. So throwing money at every issue without management and accountability yields zero results

Mr. Holden knows nothing about horses or the carriage industry. But there he is smiling with a man (Michael Petrelli from Goshen NY) who abused his own horses and they had to be taken away. Unbelievable

Mr. Holden deletes my comments on his social media pages. When I called his office to inquire, the fellow secretary put me on hold and then proceeded to scream that he/they cannot answer me since the office does not handle political pages, and hung up the phone in my face. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism and rudeness from a government office. Not only does Mr. Holden censor speech he disagrees with, his employees have no class or respect to provide a decent response.
