The facility is nice. The food at the concession stand is very good but outrageous prices.

It’s frustrating to pay expensive league fees and 100% of your games are not at the main facility. The same with practices.

This place is also marketed on the website as an “Orangetown Rec League”. It’s not. Players are from all over and it’s for profit.

The travel soccer program has issues. They will hold tryouts. I didn’t see one coach with a piece or paper. It would be impossible for them to know who a player is. We were emailed and told there would be an email with a decision and things players should work on within a couple of days. We never heard anything. We knew several players that were emailed to be on the team. After inquiring they said “we are still evaluating”. They will basically go down a list and pick players. So if you are called weeks after the tryout, they are just trying to fill a spot for money. They expect payment asap for a program that will start several months later. I don’t care if my child doesn’t make the team. But they should email and tell you yes or no at the same time as every player. Parents are busy. Let’s is know.

Terrible communication. It is impossible to contact anyone in the organization if you have a question. But they are quick to take your money. Very expensive compared to other soccer programs in the area. They are so unreasonable and are willing to put kids in harms way. My son was placed in a team that was not in his age group and was told there was a wait list for the team he should be on. I signed him up in April and finally heard back in August after numerous emails.

Horrible customer service. The first year was organized and reliable but the last two have been absolutely terrible. They don’t advertise that kids can play in two entirely different areas causing parents to have to split up and if you’re like me only one parent can make games on Saturday one kid doesn’t get to play at all. Forget a refund they don’t even answer the emails you send. There is no phone number. You pay to play at the complex but then are told you are going to some random field two weeks before it starts. It’s so horrible as an athlete who traveled and played competitive sports, OMM Soccer is a huge disappointment

1 star is to many stars!!!! No one replies to emails (hence I only sent 5 -6 emails to them - 5 different people!!)!! No one calls anyone back!!!
There phone is disconnected and no refund was given after 2 days of cancelling. They are very poorly organized. Even after world soccer gave them several messages to get in touch with me!!!!
I am not sure who gave them 5 stars....
