They are scammers!! We had a party here on 12/28/24 and we were told that the owners wife would come after the party was over to return the security deposit IN CASH. Nobody ever came by and we are getting the run around to get the money back. We cleaned up the place to their expectation and the only thing that wad left was a few garbage bags ( we called their phone number over 15 times to get an answer on where to leave it). We left the garbage bags in the back of the kitchen by the door and when we finally heard from the person that runs the place THE FOLLOWING DAY, he said that the “cleaning crew” sent him the picture of the bags we left. He basically said that he’s going to take off $150 from our deposit for the bags being left and he claimed that he verbally told us where to leave the garbage previously but he claimed that it was in the contract. After a thorough review of the contract, we saw that there is no information about where to leave garbage nor the consequences of what would happen if garbage was left. After explaining that it doesn’t say anything regarding garbage in the contact, we have not heard anything from him. They are scammers here DO NOT do business with them.

The 1 star is because the facility was actually nice looking
