I've been standing for 5 hours waiting for unloading at door #19, I haven't started unloading yet, they say they have problems...

Wow, so far so good. This was my first order from them that showed up today. I’ve had way too many issues with other companies and the product turned out great. I personally didn’t work with the rep much but everything seemed to go smoothly. Definitely will be giving them our next several orders.

I cannot express how much I dislike unloading at this facility. Last time I was here which was less than a month ago I lost a total of 10 hours of my life here....when I arrived today the one dock for receiving was open and available. 1 hour and a half later and still waiting, when I asked how long it will be...forklift operator replied that she had NO IDEA because she was performing other duties. This place is ridiculous and has no regard for OTR deliveries. This will be my last time coming here...not that anyone cares. FYI

This facility is generating a tremendous amount of noise all night, causing the neighborhood to have trouble sleeping. Please stop! I can’t event sleep.

Would do 0 but doesn’t go that low. Horrible shipping/receiving if you otr. Arrived at facility at 09:17 and it is now 14:26 and still a full trailer. Place only has one dock. Horrible place stay away if possible.

Friendly people. Easy dock. You can easily get lost in the labyrinth while walking back to your truck from the restroom.

First time here and is bad being waiting from 8 am and is 2:45 pm and still waiting for my turn to get unloaded last time coming here if your coming to deliver bring your breakfast and lunch you will be here for a while

This place takes forever to unload. Spent numerous 10 hour breaks in the dock being unloaded.
