Very rude staff it's a temp service not a hire on job service ? staff is incredibly rude offensive and angry and likes to yell at its temporary help if something comes up and you can't go to a shift ? no call no show is for real jobs not a half pay temp service for day work workers should be able to help and work when they are free that's why we sign up some of us have real jobs and use temporary services for just that temporary work the audacity that this lady has to yell at me and put me down simply because I didn't wanna work one day for temp wages please understand we come to work temporary I would get mad too I guess if nobody wanted to work for 80 bucks a day as well ? ? the audacity of this rude self centered staff leave your personal problems at home.

Took a week just for their jobs app to work and now another week has gone by and there hasn’t been a. single job. i never wanted to give a temp agency my info but i gave in and this is what i get? smh.

When you walk in they have signs that say "EOE(Equal Opportunity Employer)"..how ever they do not meet that criteria. If you have the sign hanging in the office I believe you should abide by what you advertise..Better Business Bueral should be contacted about this..not willing to help anyone without the facial expression of the ladies not wanting to help. When asked about EOE I was was told by one of the ladies that it was for ethincal use. I'd love to speak to the owner..!!

The Manager Is Most Rudest Lady Iv Ever Met. Her Employees are scared of her and I dont blame them. She is super rude, selfish, and hard headed. Shes never there or the People Ready staff. Customer Service is the worst iv experienced in any place of business. Quite frankly if she does not want to deal with people then why Is the there. It literally has people in the business Name. Does she not know people/customers pay her Bill's and cut her a check every pay period? This location could benefit with better staffing and way better customer service. That's for sure.
There is always a sign on the door because they are never there. How does a "business" allow that type of thing? Please fix this problem ASAP so that people can find jobs and not deal with a manager who isn't happy because of wheres she at or works .

Grateful for the opportunity, Tina is awesome and very helpful. On the other hand, Monica has to be the worst customer service representative I have ever encountered. She had an attitude problem, and threatened to call the cops on me for no reason; as I was trying to dispute an issue regarding terrible communication skills, which caused me to miss work. Woke up in time, was never informed to show up there early, I still would have made it to the job but she canceled it. Terrible customer service on her part, frankly I’m disgusted and karma is real, Karen (Monica) I pray for you and your social problems. I’m going through a new agency now. Don’t waste your time here there are much better agencies, just look at there ratings compared to other places, things happen for a reason.
