I love playing the post code lottery along with my mam, we live opposite each other. Recently I noticed my mam had won an e-gift card, but she had recently had a stroke so I had to wait until she gained her speech back and then I rang up to say she wasn't aware until I told her, the Advisor Kenneth was so helpful and supportive and took his time whilst speaking to my mam and he sent her a physical gift card instead which was much easier for her. Thank you Kenneth for making the process much easier.

I object very strongly to having anything sent to me other than money winnings, I only signed up for financial winnings. How are the contracts to make tea towels given. Do ordinary subscribers know anything other than money is given. I am sending mine back and will rethink whether to continue supporting the postcode lottery.

Been playing for many years with a number of tickets but never won more than £10. Most postcodes with large winnings seem to be in the north. In the past, when I have called asking about and this reason and why my postal area rarely gets a look in, within a couple of weeks I have spookily won a tenner. Weird that?! The basic prize of £10, (the price of a large glass of wine nowadays), needs to urgently be upgraded to something more substantial, say £50.

Gives lot of money to charity.
I just ask that they no longer give money to Marine Conservation Society.
They have a culture of bullying and the ethos of the organisation has changed.
Marine Biologists have been leaving and it is run by narcissist bully boy managers who have no knowledge of the sea.
They are systems people who could be selling washing machines rather than protecting the sea.
They drive older workers out and bully ,harass .
They need investigating and I ask that The Post Code Lottery blacklist them until they stop bullying older workers and constructively dismissing people.
Please give the money to Surfers against Sewage or Oceania.
MCS is the devil incarnate and they are anti Welsh and antiScottish.
They are run by Herefordshire cabal and do not represent the nations of The UK?

A total sham, received a letter today saying 737 people in my postcode have won in the last year. We’ve had a ticket since the launch and won completely zero. A waste of money, subscription cancelled.
