Having foundation problems is extremely stressful and expensive. If you aren’t an expert, it’s daunting trying to find the right company, especially with so many horror stories out there. I had two bids ranging from $13,500 to $61,000, and I needed help making sense of it all. Felipe came to our home, explained how the different types of piers and supports worked, and what his company offered. It all made sense, so we decided to go with Queen Foundation Repair. Their crew was fantastic! They installed 6 piers inside the house (on a slab) and many outside. The work was done with great competence and focus, and every evening they cleaned up and covered any holes. In just 3½ days, the job was complete—much quicker than another bid which suggested moving out for two weeks. I’ve already referred Felipe and Queen Foundation Repair to several people in my area. If you need foundation repair experts, I highly recommend them!

What a fantastic experience with them! We called them to investigate a foul odor in our basement crawl space, previously encapsulated 19 years ago. Paola identified the issue—a faulty sump pump—and resolved it on the same day at a lower cost than other companies’ quotes. She went above and beyond, thoroughly cleaning the area with bleach after removing debris. Her attention to detail and expertise in basement waterproofing were outstanding.
