Probably one of the worst firms my solicitor has had to deal with. They were acting for the purchaser of my property and their gross incompetence caused the delay of the agreed completion date, (suggested by them) even though they were in receipt of all the information prior to the agreed date. Luckily, there was no chain, otherwise it would have created enormous problems for everyone involved in the buying/selling process. The law society should investigate the competence of this firm, especially when providing conveyancing services.

Mr fawaz from r and a solicitors provided good service for my first house purchase. He kept me updated with each matter throughout the whole process of purchase and even after getting the keys he still dealt with land registry matters and kept me updated in a timely manner without charging me extra.

Very poor experience purchasing a house from a client of theirs. What should have been a very simple house sale turned into a six month ordeal that was only sorted because I began doing parts of their job for them. They misunderstood simple things, repeatedly lied about having work done, and avoided calls from my solicitor whenever possible. My solicitor was shocked at their attitude towards any level of work required. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for conveyancing.
