The staff at the R&M on General Mc.Mullen are friendly and helpful. I have been doing my taxes their for years and so have other family members. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend family and friends. While your there get a insurance quote, there rates are great.

We have been with this company a little over a year, everything was fine until yesterday when I went in to make a payment. I specifically asked the lady to only charge $50 to my card and paid $160 in cash,x we left to only find out she charged our card for the full amount and still took the cash!! We had to go back and explain then ask for the camera footage.. eventually we recieved the cash back , just disappointed anyone would do that and call it a mistake!?

They're supposed to be open at 8 AM. It's almost 9 & they're still not open ! I usually make my payments over the phone but then I noticed that they charge for payments over the phone. Myself & 2 other customers have been waiting outside for more than 30 min.
