To whoever is reading this please stop and take a breath as you are in good hands. I walked into the doors not realizing and or understanding exactly how everything I needed help with professionally was in this building. If YOU are serious, and are ready to make the necessary changes by really giving it your all then this is the place for you. I was facing so many back-to-back obstacles in my personal life that made 5 weeks seem to be impossible. Because, I communicated effectively with staff and my one on one case management with Mrs. Debra, this became a reality. She provided a warm and friendly safe environment in which I could freely express any obstacles I was dealing with. All while in a completely judged free zone. I don’t know about you, but this means a lot to me when it comes to individual case management. I had given up on case management as a whole.Due to a previous experience with a different organization in which I won’t mention their name. However, because of that experience I wouldn’t ask for help or if I was in a situation to ask I just wouldn’t. So yes, I had indeed given up on case management all together. But after my 5 week individual case management experience with Mrs. Debra, I will tell anyone she is needed for sure, and this cannot be done without her. Please never take her out of her seat. I promise you she comes in LOVE darling pure love that is. You cannot read a book by its cover for a reason. And she is definitely worth the read no matter how long the read may be. I mean the way she quickly individualized every need but with care. For not only myself but other classmates assigned to her. I mean once I knew where to go and who to see thanks to Mrs. Debra’s guidance, my goals became a reality. Now that I have graduated I don’t feel that I’m on my own, I’m not confused as to where to get started and which way to go. Not only has this organization with the help of staff like Mrs. Debra provided the skills necessary to upgrade my professional portfolio. But moving forward in life overall, I feel much better about. Please guys don’t sleep on change. After I took the initiative to reach out to her after graduation. The response was swift and professional. As I have been through a lot of schools and different training programs. I never have felt I was going to be okay and or get a job in the field I trained for. But after graduating and receiving the skills necessary to gain employment I know I am going to be employed soon. I will give this place a 10/10 don’t hesitate to enroll.

I’m in class here and Ms.Davis is the most rudest woman I’ve ever met she abuse the fact that she is in authority and she uses it against you to justify her wrong I’ve reached out to her boss and the only thing I got was ignored I swear this is the most horrible woman I’ve ever met if you go here please avoid this rude abusive woman or she will make you want to quit just to avoid her negative offensive behavior!!!! Or pick another place to attend school period but on the other hand MS.DEBRA Is very unprofessional and ghetto she should not be a caseworker at all!!!!!!!
Update : There was I believe the head man in charge or whoever he was unfortunately I was very focused on testing today 6/24/22 that came to see me because of my issue this man has his title for a reason he was very concerned about my situation and seemed to have resolved the issue on his visit today thank you so much sir I’m appreciative that you actually made me feel human-kindness actively listened and overall solved it!!!! Now I’m ready to walk with my head up chest out across that stage.

Excellent and second to none is the only thing I can tell you about RCBA. Many company's talk about helping ex-offenders and reducing the recidivism rate but RBCA is actually doing it. Currently RCBA gainfully employs ex-offenders at Texas Live, Dallas County Elections and Records Buildings just a name a few. Keep up the exceptional work.
