Sister Nancy is an angel. All of the people she helps. She has helped my daughter has long term COVID which attacked her endocrine system and she gained a large amount of weight. She could not afford a new wardrobe and is a single mom. Going out on Thursdays helped her more then I can express. I didn't feel judged but welcomed. Our family was blessed by the sacrifices sister Nancy makes. It is written "when u do for the less of these u do for me. " for a moment ur like God and she is. I will drive to Avondale to donate and have even brought stuff that people having garage sales didn't want to pack up.

Es bonito todo lo q asen ahi por ayudar ala gente q de verdad lo necesita ,pero creo q si hay gente q se aprovecha por q mucha de la gente q va no se ve tan necesitada hay q dejar lo q hay ahi para quien si lo necesita,yo acompañe una señora y la verdad se me iso bonito q agan eso,por q hay tanta gente verdaderamente necesitada...sobre todo los viejitos...

Los Pobres open Tues 8-12 and Thurs 1-6, donate small kitchen appliances, household items, clothes, shoes and kids stuff. ( No furniture unless special coordination). Their workers are quick and SO polite!!

We went to donate clothes to the workers that are needing for sustainable environments and I was giving boxes of expensive designer clothes and one of the ladies there was kind of rude when she was speaking to me I did not appreciate it. But I understand that they can't take everything but at that point it was a good box of high price clothing. she just didn't want to listen to what I had to say

I love the people that work there. They àre friendly and very helpful. They helped me out in away I can not explain. Thank you so much for taking time and talking to me and helping me out with clothes and food.
I had a little bit trouble not knowing the time.
I found out there times are on Tuesday mornings from 8:30 a.m. to 12(noon) on Tuesday they have delivery also available the time 8:30 am to noon then again on Thursdays from 1:30 p.m to 5:30 p.m. you do need a mask to enter. Again Thank you so much and God bless all of you.
