Yea the staff here is definitely lazy, I called and got switched to three different people only to still not get the Info needed. The person on the other end acted like it was too much for them to do what they get paid for, sound like she threw the phone to another employee saying " Here you handle it.." I felt like I was already being judged without even being seen, I'm not a druggy I'm just homeless I work 10-12hrs daily just in an unfortunate position right now.

I volunteered here during the Christmas season. I had THE BEST time here. The team leading the volunteers were very organized and were very friendly.

I cannot wait until next year to come back and work with everyone here.

This place help everyone in need from food shelter places and any help you will need. I went to go pick up my kids Christmas gifts for the angel tree program that they have and I have to say I am impressed with everything that my kids received with every wish they wished for. God bless!

Went to donate toys for Christmas and since it was the first time i was so confused as to where to go i was surprised at the amount of people volunteering and how they were so nice and took the time to help me!! I really appreciate it!! Hopefully next year I’ll make time to go and volunteer. Specially on Christmas.

The Salvation Army is one of the better shelters in the Dallas area, though of course doesn't mean there isn't any room for improvent. I must also say that Blake Fetterman, the Executive Director, is very cordial and open to suggestions for improving services.

Turned in Angel Tree gifts. They were plenty busy. Look like they needed more volunteers. Warehouse and parking area were clean. Staff quite helpful and busy.👍

Love this place they have amazing things with reasonable pricing and the staff are very helpful. If your a thrifter like me it's definitely a place you need to check out!!

I am currently staying here and it needs to be shut down people sneak in drugs and it's very disgusting and would without a doubt be shut down if a health inspector did a walkthrough,the staff constantly say that it's a church and to watch how we act and speak but God would never have anything to do with such a corrupt organization
