We been to tokyo many times so we like to explore new places. I would highly recommend to checkout Shimokitazawa area as its less touristy. Its a great place for experiencing artsy /chill vibes. This area is a vintage heaven. Most of the shops here sell vintage clothing and second hand quality products. You can also check out koenji (another neighbourhood) which is slightly more organised and local. There are many exits in Shimokitazawa. Any exit is fine as you may take a few hrs to explore the area.
