Terrible customer service, along with not being very helpful. Was trying to get a simple quote for a demo permit and told me they couldn't unless I make the application for it in which we haven't been awarded the job yet. bad in every way.

Class I was attending was held in the Auditorium. Excellent tech set up, seating and acoustics. Nice modern facility.

These people are a scam. It just rained for 3 days across Southern California, now they're saying people can't have fires in their fireplaces on Christmas day because the air quality is poor? The air is always cleanest after the rain. This is some satanic nwo people trying to ruin Christmas. Tyrannical micromanagement of people's lives. No wonder people don't trust government, with people in power making decisions like this...

The people here are plain rude. Don’t expect to get anything done of have anyone actually assist you here. Tried and called, the woman (can’t remember her name) will insult and belittle you.

People who work in the Permit list department are extremely mean and not helpful at all, I waste days to ask a simple question they refused to answer and I am extremely upset with their attitude. I cannot believe I paid taxes for this.

They let me use their quick chargers and it's the cheapest quick charging on my route home (charged by the kW and no separate charge for the session). And it's always available. Although it is on the Blink network and sometimes one of them has issues (took off a star for that).

We had a problem with sewer stench from a county facility in our neighborhood. We spoke to the park managers, the city and a number of county departments. We were finally referred to the AQMD, made a report, and the problem was resolved quickly. The aqmd rep even checked back in with us.
