This HOA is HORRIBLE! I wish they would do some good like stopping motorcycles and cars from doing 80 mph in a 35 on Somerset Hills they write you tickets for missing bushes. I received a ticket for missing bushes, and I don't even have bushes WTH?

The fountains are beautiful, and there's even fish inside this man-made body of water. A beautiful place to go walking with family, there's a coffee shop called Perk Up across the street!

Unfortunately this HOA makes living in Southern Highlands miserable! Beware!!! You will be fined for your bushes, your car, your holiday decorations, rocks, house color, literally everything. I understand trying to keep a community clean and appealing, but this is beyond that. Its so disappointing.

Had a situation. Took my fur babies to the park around dusk. There were still a few families at the park upon leaving. My fur babies thoroughly enjoy themselves! This particular night after getting home and settled. I could not find my reading eyeglasses. They are prescription. Bifocals. After me realizing once I had got home and settled. I realized that they were not anywhere I put them. They were gone. I was sad and panicked bc the last place I remember them was my eyeglasses ? hanging off of my shirt. Checked the car, everything. And nothing. They were gone! ? So… The only place in my mind they could be was in the park. They must have fallen off of my shirt. I drove back up to the park around 1 AM in the morning. The park was closed due to it being a master-planned community here in Las Vegas. They had big cones on each side of the entrance and exit, along with a huge lock on the gate. I was devastated that I could not walk the park very brief with my flashlight and trace my steps as best as I could. I was able to go to one of the guard gated communities, Royal Palms and asked the security guard there if she could get in contact with Southern Highlands security for me. I explained my situation. Southern Highlands Security called me back, said they were sending patrol over. The two gentlemen were so kind. They in fact both wore glasses and understood my pain and situation. They unsecured the gate and accompanied me to trace my steps. Mind you at this time it was 1:30 AM in the morning. I was worried because my glasses had PhotoGrade were translucent scratch proof lenses and were extremely expensive for me. AND CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?!! Due to their help, I was able to find my glasses!!! ? Thank you very much Southern Highlands Security!! You are a blessing and I am forever grateful for your consideration, understanding and assistance!! 10 + Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The neighbors are very noisy and have no respect towards the community. There are grown women yelling at little children that are trying to have fun and aren’t being disruptive. This is very outrageous and immature. I would love for them to move so that this community will be at peace.

When I sold my home I got charged over $1,600 for escrow docs.
$700 to email a PDF to my realtor? More corrupt than the Biden crime family.
Someone should audit their BRO deals. Probably a few Christmas baskets over at HQ.
