So I left this review over 2 weeks ago. Owner stated Customer Manager would contact me. As Of today 22/11/2024 and like my experience previously Customer Service Manger has not contacted me. This is the level of Customer Service you get from Perry Barr. Included my complaint to Salesman Joab in his 1 year follow up email. He couldn't be bothered to reply either.

Service Department is appalling. Two bad customer experiences from Perry Barr Service. It is acceptable for service to blame customers, not follow up on complaints and allow staff to speak to customers appalling when they have followed staffs instructions. So bad I will not be returning my car here. I have given one star as I am not able to give less. To be honest I wouldn't even recommend buying a car from here due to Customer Service.

Renault agreed to pay 70% of the bill I had to pay on my Dacia that was approximately 1 week out of its 3 year warranty and that i felt was unfair due to the fact that I hadn’t used the heater for 6+ months. Renault listened and I was very pleased with the outcome although I felt that I shouldn’t really pay anything I do realise it was a ‘difficult’ situation and I feel that, given the circumstances, Renault was very fair. Thank you
