Very pleased! Hats off to Ms. Betty she is very knowledgeable and if she doesn’t know the answer at the moment, she will find out and get back to you with correct answer! Drivers (Members) have to remember to do your part as well! Don’t expect Teamsters Local 639 office to be babysitting anyone? Who’s going to take care of home , more than yourself! Keep your game on point by reading and asking the right questions! Make copies of all Documents and keep with you until the day of your Pension Maturing date! I’m very thankful with Teamsters Local 639! God bless America!

Not pleased with how they handle things. You can not even talk to a live rep. When you get through to someone they transfer you. What is the point of having a number on the card for patients/providers to call when they can't be helped?

They are the absolute worst. And they will transfer you from person to person then when you get someone they say that can’t help you and you have to go online. They hire anyone since the pandemic and no supervisors so they do what they want. Or the supervisors don’t care either and are just as bad. It’s sad.

Inconsistent and always unavailable. Whenever we need to reach out to ask questions or maybe even in need to be represented we can’t get in contact with anyone. It makes me question what the purpose of having this union is necessarily even for because it’s trash.

I called in June 2022 I was very pleased. I was told to contact a workman comp attorney and I'm glad I did. Now I am waiting for a call back a union rep.

Worst Union I have experienced. Unprofessional staff and blocking me from getting the medical care I need and had until I joined this horrible union. Can’t get any written responses since filing an appeal trying to drop this coverage. Blocking my options by not responding timely.

Local 639 has no idea about efficiency. They don't return calls, never answer a call, always voice-mails. Simply they suck at what they do.
