They attended to me so well, explained to me what i needed in a layman's and i got everything and my medicaid was approved.my sons too. The black old man in the cubicle is excellent in what he does. His customer service is on a 100. He knows how to keep you laughing and answers all your questions with joy. They don't waste time

Mi comentario lo hago en español pues ya saben muchos Latinos llegamos a esta officina a solicitar algún tipo de ayuda médica y/o económica.
La atención al inmigrante es un tema muy delicado en cualquier país sobre todo aquí en Estados Unidos, sin embargo en esta oficina son muy profesionales y centrados en orientar a todas las personas necesitadas que llegan allí.
El guardia de seguridad es bilingüe y trata con mucha amabilidad y respeto a todos.
Gracias a todos por hacer bien su trabajo !

No long lines, no long waiting, kind and courteous staff. Was able to walk in and enter line being behind one other person. I waited at tops 5 minutes to be called up to window. That is being pretty swift as back in the day it was an all day affair just to turn in documents and receive a receipt.
The office was really clean and extremely so in waiting area. Hats off to the cleaning crew and the floor person. Dude you got that floor looking so shiny and pristine its like walking on a sheet of glass!

This place is a mess/wreck ! We came in person to SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN PERSON!!!! And once u fill out your application you would think you’re going TO BE SEEN IN PERSON!!!!!! So we’re basically sitting here waiting to be called when the worthless officer and receptionist finally told someone who was here for the same thing you know TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN PERSON!!!!! That they won’t be called for 48hrs so that person and myself were asking to be seen today hence the reason for our visit . If that other person wasn’t here I would’ve been sitting there all day thinking I was GONNA SEE SOMEONE IN PERSON!! Not only that mishap but they keep yelling at you on where to sit apparently u can’t sit at the table with the desk to fill out a form it’s so stupid one lady while I was there lost her temper bc they were telling her she couldn’t stand where she was standing and kept redirecting her on where to stand they nitpick at you on everything but refuse to actually tell you the process and that your not gonna be seen today

They publish a number to call but I have tried to actually talk to someone on the phone and have never been successful. How about hiring an operator guys!

Came in for a "quick" card. Got skipped by a dozen people and waited for 2 hours with a hungry baby. The people were super nice
