I honestly hate dealing with the post office so coming to this store our cashier made it so quick and easy! Providing information and options on different services our cashier was able to have us in and out in under 3 minutes with no complaints and he was super enthusiastic to even help when we opened the door and the store also sells items you made need to ship or just household items. Nice and friendly little store.

This UPS store was very unaccommodating or helpful. I had an envelope shipped to this location from Dallas, Texas last Monday for my 18 year old son to pick up and it was delayed by 2 days. The issue was not the delay, it was the fact that they offered no help or options to the customer. I called and asked to have the envelope sent to another location because my son had already waited 2 days and needed to move on. He is on a road trip. The rep at this location told me there was nothing that could be done. I wasn't asking them to pay for the fee's. I just needed the envelope sent to another location and I would pay the fees. They told me they were a franchise store and the owner has his own policies. They said the only option I had was for my son to pick it up or to have it returned to sender and start over. My son had to drive 4 hours south back to this location in Colorado Springs to get his package. It cost us gas, time and all the inconveniences we thought we could avoid if we used UPS. This location offered no help or options to a father trying to get his package to his son.

HOW IS THE PLACE STILL OPEN?

The elderly lady at the front counter is unprofessional and should NOT be interacting with any customers. The facility itself was dirty and disorganized. There's no way this location is meeting UPS's standards. It's clear from the numerous negative reviews online that customer service is a recurring issue here, yet it seems no efforts have been made to fix it.

I urge UPS management to implement meaningful changes before more people are subjected to such a disappointing experience. I strongly advise anyone considering using this UPS location to explore other options until they improve their customer service standards.

I usually don't take the time to write reviews but, I have used this location several times in the last few months and I have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Geneva. She is literally so sweet and pleasant and each time I go in the store her energy is so wonderful. I truly appreciate my experience with her every time.

Terrible expirence, I used to come in here all the time but ever since they hired an older lady (she's usually wearing a bun) I haven't gone back. I try to wait for the other workers if I have to come into this UPS because of how rude the other woman is. She's very rude and always has "new rules" for postage or drop-off returns. It's always a hassle whenever I get this one worker, it's never a hassle with any of the other workers only her. She tried to charge me $5 for taping my package, I told her no thank you, I went down the street to a different UPS and they didn't charge me for tape. So in short I do not come to this UPS anymore.

The darker-haired older woman working (possibly the store manager) is the rudest I've ever met. Because she was rude to me two separate times, it wasn't a "just having a bad day" experience. Ironically, there was a quote scribbled on the worker's whiteboard that read, "Be Happy, the energy you put out is the same energy you get back." Clearly, her energy was get the *%$* out of here, I hate my job, and you are inconveniencing me!" The girl wearing the face mask still was nice though.
